Pacific Island Experiences with Mini-Grid Systems - A Toolkit for Legislators

The Toolkit provides information and summarizes what has been done in the Pacific in relation to mini‐grids and  renewable  energy.  It  also  compares  different  policy  approaches,  and  highlights  lessons  learned.  The primary purpose of the Toolkit is to assist [Pacific] Legislators make good energy‐related policy decisions with the encompassing vision of: “available, reliable, affordable, and environmentally sound energy for the sustainable development of all Pacific island communities”.
