Fruit production plays a key role in supporting healthy diets. The World Health Organization recommends eating at least 400 grams of fruit and vegetables per day to help prevent non-communicable diseases and ensure adequate intake of essential nutrients.

Mangoes are rich in vitamin C and vitamin A, supporting immune health and vision—making them not only delicious, but also nutritionally valuable.
