SPC Human Rights and Social Development Division (HRSD)
The Human Rights and Social Development (HRSD) Division leads SPC’s support to members in the areas of human rights, gender equality and social inclusion, youth and culture.
The Division is the result of a merger of the Regional Rights Resource Team (RRRT) and the Social Development Programme (SDP) which took place in September 2020.
